Tristan was able to get my wife's vehicle seviced right away on the day I called him. As before he was friendly, helpful and took care of the questions I had. I also observed him helping an elderly customer with some questions about her car. She did not seem to comprehend what he was clearly saying to her, so he went out to her vehicle with her and showed her the answers to her questions. She returned to the desk with a smile on her face. Again, Tristen Feeney was incredible to myself and to an elderly customer in need.
