Hi! I'm Grace! I got my start at Kline Nissan 4 years ago as a receptionist, then moving to the Parts Department, and landing in our corporate office as our Billing Specialist. I am proficient in using dealership management systems and have consistently maintained a high level of efficiency and accuracy. I have a strong understanding of vehicle financing and titling regulations, and I am proficient in utilizing various billing and titling software systems. I am also skilled in customer service and have a positive attitude when interacting with customers. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring my artistic side through activities such as hip-hop dance and pottery. I also find relaxation and rejuvenation in hiking and baking. These activities help me maintain a balanced lifestyle and provide me with creative outlets outside of work.
